GM-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that can stimulate the colony formation of neutrophils and macrophages in vitro and has the function of promoting the proliferation and development of early erythroid megakaryocytes and eosinophilic progenitor cells. GM-CSF is one of the earliest cytokines identified to have an effect on DC. The function of GM-CSF in DC culture is to promote the differentiation of monocytes into macrophage-like cells, increase the expression of MHC class II molecules on the cell surface, and thus enhance the antigen presentation function of the cells. In addition, GM-CSF can also promote the survival of DCs. Suitable for the production of cell therapy products. |
Instructions |
Freeze-dried preparations can be stored at -20 °C If aliquoting is required, it can be dissolved with water for injection, saline, culture medium or PBS, and then aliquoted into small portions. The storage period is 6 months at -20 ℃ and 12 months at -80 ℃. The concentration after dilution should not be less than 100 μg /mL. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
